Sliding patio doors open onto the balcony from the living area which has separate furniture, including a double bed settee. The caravan is decorated in a cheerful seaside style. It is modern and spacious, the lounge is open plan with a 26" flat screen combi TV/DVD and Freeview TV, it is heated by a gas fire and radiator. A small side window can be locked partially open.

The dining area has separate table and 4 chairs and has a feature ceiling light. This leads into the kitchen area.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a gas cooker a full size fridge freezer, and a microwave. The window can be locked partially open. The boiler cupboard is located by the entrance door and has room to store broom, dust pan and brush and mop and bucket.

A corridor leads to a bathroom with a large shower and toilet, wash basin and a radiator. There are 2 wall cupboards, one has a mirror on the front and the window can be locked partially open.

The bedrooms are accessed via the corridor and comprise of a twin bedroom and a master bedroom with en-suite toilet. The bedrooms are carpeted, the rest of the caravan has wood effect lino. The master bedroom has a full size double ottoman bed which lifts on pistons to give a large storage area under the bed. It also has a generous amount of storage comprising of a wardrobe and drawers a storage cupboard alongside as well as a built in dressing table and bedside tables and over bed storage cupboards. The twin room has 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and over bed storage. Windows in both bedrooms can be locked partially open to allow for ventilation. Both bedrooms have radiators which can be controlled individually.

As well as the integral balcony there is also an outside decking area consisting of a 12" x 8" seating area (please note that the decking furniture featured in the photographs is not part of the sale); this leads to a 12" x 4" walkway extending past the entrance door and leads to gated steps providing a secure seating area. The gate can be locked shut. There is also a slabbed patio area where you can fit a table and chairs. The decking and patio area are a sun trap and catches the sun all afternoon and is ideal for relaxing and sun bathing, there is also shade under a small tree in the garden if you need to cool off. It is also a great area for BBQs!

This caravan being located in a quieter area of the park at the end of a cul-de-sac provides a safe and peaceful location ideal for children to play or to relax with dogs. The caravan has been a no smoking caravan. The caravan and the garden area is not immediately overlooked by neighbouring caravans affording some privacy.

The park is set in beautiful West Somerset, overlooking the Bristol Channel and the coast of South Wales can be seen across the channel. Doniford Bay is a small and friendly park with its own beach access. Doniford Bay is an award winning Haven park, it has a Live Lounge Show bar, café bar, amusements arcade, indoor and outdoor swimming pools (with a water slide) multi sports courts, crazy golf, climbing wall and zip wire, trampoline, boules area and activities such as archery and fencing as well as cart hire for exploring the site. There are lots of activities for the children and Fun Stars kids club. There is also a mini-market in site for your everyday needs as well as a very tasty fish and chips takeaway. There is also a laundrette on site, located near the caravan.

The Quontock Hills are just a 10 minute drive from the park giving access to over 50 square miles of beautiful open land, which was designated as England's first Area of Outstanding National Beauty (AONB). Dunster Castle, the West Somerset Railway and Minehead are just a short drive away. There are also a number of beaches close to the park, Helwell Bay (great for fossil hunting), West Street Beach in Watchet and Blue Anchor beach are all dog friendly. The latter offering a sandy beach great for children and dogs.
