Situated at Solent Breezes Holiday Park, 4.3 miles from the M27 motorway in Hampshire and also conveniently placed 2 miles from Locks Heath with its many small shops, pub and well stocked Waitrose supermarket. It is 4.2 miles from the Whiteley complex featuring a comprehensive selection of major retail and food outlets as well as a multi-screen cinema. A local restaurant can be found just over a mile away in the village of Hook.

The van comprises two bedrooms (one double, one twin) with a pull out bed in the lounge making this a potential six berth van, lounge/diner, American kitchen featuring high standard fixtures and fittings including cabinet fridge/freezer, full oven and gas hob.

It is ready to go with all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils, duvets, pillows and 32” smart TV etc. included in the selling price.

Fully functioning central heating with radiators in every room and fire effect convector heater for the days when just a little heat boost is required. The van is double-glazed throughout.

It is located on a quiet plot which is tucked away but at the same time just 3/4 minutes from the heated pool (with lifeguard and loungers) and the clubhouse, shop, launderette etc. It is also the same distance to a dog walking area with waste disposal bin and sea view. This area also boasts a slipway for boating enthusiasts. The plot was specifically chosen and the van re-sited for its location being very convenient to all facilities but tranquil in the immediate area around the van. There is a dedicated parking area immediately to the front.

In addition to the heated pool the park also organises small children activities and there is regular entertainment in the clubhouse. Two owners’ parties are organised each year marking the beginning and end of the season for all those owners wishing to attend and to get to know one another.

Dimensions are 35 x 12 feet making it an area of 420 square feet with decking (grey) 12 x 8 feet. The van benefits from an en-suite toilet/wash basin facility which gives on to the double bedroom in addition to the shower/toilet room affording grown-ups some privacy without depriving children of the required facilities.

This van is easily let during the periods that the owners are not requiring occupancy. All letting, advertising, booking, cleaning, change-overs etc. are dealt with for a commission by the bookings team at Solent Breezes.

The park is open 45 weeks per year for overnight stays but owners can visit on a day basis during the closed season. Pitch fees 2019 season £6445 (payable by monthly direct debit), water, gas and electricity as per consumption.
